Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please check your shirt as soon as possible after you receive it and email us if you wish to start a return. At our discretion, a refund may be issued in the form of store credit.
All returns must be:
- Pre-approved by EqTees
- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn/unused
- In original packaging
How to Return an Item
You must have a return authorization from EqTees. Send us an email – help@eqtees.com.
Please include the following: Your Name, Order Number, Item, and Reason for Return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you additional instructions. Don’t skip this step - we can’t accept returns without an authorization, and we aren’t responsible for items shipped back without it.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
Please report incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing items within 10 days of receiving your order. We will correct the issue, send a replacement, or issue a refund, at our discretion. We do not accept claims for these issues more than 10 days from the date we show it was delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, we may require photographs of the item.
Refunds/Replacements
If your item was missing, defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will ship the replacement out or process a refund upon approval of return. We do our best to process all other returns as quickly as possible. If you haven’t heard from us about your return after 14 business days from the date you sent it back, please let us know by emailing help@eqtees.com.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Please note that the above policies do not apply to items not delivered by the carrier or damaged in transit. In the rare event that you have this type of issue, please contact us for further information: help@eqtees.com.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on the following:
- Customized or special-order items, unless defective/damaged
- Items that were sold as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards
